Course Description

Have you asked yourself what it takes to raise your visibility on social media? Wondered how to create a strong feed that attracts followers and clients? Would you like to know how and why social media is an important component for your business or just to get your work seen? What social media posts and platforms have the most value and why? Do you wonder what time of day is the best to post? Would you like social media to feel less like a chore and more like part of your success?

If the answer is “yes” to any of the above questions, then Thomas Werner and his two-session workshop can help you unravel the complexities of social media as a photographer. Meta and other social platforms have done a great job confusing everyone when it comes to understanding their algorithms, classifiers, and processes—which are constantly changing to keep us further off balance.

Over two Saturday afternoons in January, Thomas helps demystify these complexities and brings clarity and simplicity to the process of building a strong media presence. He provides you with a step-by-step method for bringing your social media up to date and a variety of ways to expand your audience. Limited to fifteen participants, this workshop allows you the opportunity to get individual attention and ask questions throughout the six hours of group sessions. Thomas gives a homework assignment for the week in-between to better understand how the various platforms can work for you. By the end of the workshop, you have concrete steps on how to move forward to improve your social media presence.
