Course Description

Take an eloquent ride on the illusive magical mystery tour of your very own illustrious creative spirit. Where does it come from? What exactly is it? Why does it sometimes leave you stranded? What can you do when you lose it? How do you get it back when it jumps ship? Can schools kill creativity? Do workshops work?

For two warming evenings in chilly December, join award-winning author, artist, and educator Keith Carter for a wholly original, singular tour of the misunderstood nature of creativity. Our time together explores and reveals individual strategies to both strengthen, redefine, or perhaps get your MOJO workin’ again. Keith shares images, his own as well as those from other artists that intrigue him, tells stories and a few tall tales, and takes on the sometimes complicated yet always fascinating nature of the creative process. Question and answer sessions bring each evening to an enjoyable close.

Join Keith on an illustrative journey towards a better understanding of the creative spirit.

Additional Information

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

Open to anyone interested in this special program.

Special Notes:

This webinar will meet 6:00 – 8:00 pm (Mountain Time) on Tuesday, December 13 and Thursday, December 15.

Zoom Video Conferencing software (available for no charge from Zoom.com) will be used to facilitate the webinar. Further details will be emailed to registrants.

Santa Fe Workshops always aims to produce a high-quality experience for our online attendees. That said, variables including regional and local internet provider speeds, traffic on Zoom's servers, and your own computing hardware can contribute to a less than ideal streaming event. While we do our best to minimize the impact of these variables, they are outside the control of Santa Fe Workshops.

You can engage in this program even if you can't make one or both of the live presentations. Paid participants will have access to recordings of these online webinar presentations for two weeks following the final evening.

Policies:

View Withdrawal and Transfer Policies for online programs.

For the convenience of participants, recordings of each class session are posted privately for two weeks after the end of each session. Santa Fe Workshops takes the recordings down after two weeks to protect the intellectual property of our instructors.
