Jeff Phillips is a photographic artist living and working in Chicago. He is interested in unconventional ways of creating, sharing, and exhibiting photographs—including zine making, digital projection, public art installation, and immersive/interactive experiences. Jeff serves as board president for Filter Photo and, since 2009, has helped produce the annual Filter Photo Festival event. He is a frequent workshop presenter for Columbia College Chicago, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and other arts education organizations. His work has been featured in more than 50 gallery exhibitions. Jeff holds an MA in photography and a BA in technology from DePaul University.
