I am a visual journalist that has worked across the country before landing in the Land of Enchantment. Originally from California, but with deep family ties to New Mexico, I studied Photojournalism at the University of Missouri before working at papers and magazines across the Mountain West, Midwest and Deep South, where I covered community issues and highlighted the wonderful individuals I met along the way.
I started working as a course facilitator at Santa Fe Workshops online and in-person in 2021 – herding students and wrangling teachers to keep everything moving smoothly. The rest of the time I sit back, crack a cold can of coke, and find inspiration in the lectures and works of the instructors and students.
Outside of work I manage my menagerie of dogs and cats, explore the beautiful landscapes of New Mexico, drink the brew-tiful beers of New Mexico’s local breweries, and avidly follow the local New Mexico United soccer team before hitting the ski slopes when the weather is favorable
