Frank Lopez is a visual artist specializing in 19th to 21st century photographic integration. Frank has instructed at the university, secondary, and professional workshop levels since 1990, and is a frequent lecturer based on experimental and cultural imagery. Frank leads the Greenhill School Photography Program, an international award-winning issues-based photography program that integrates 19th to 21st century techniques, and is a Faculty Leader. In 2025, Frank won the Jay & Susie Tyrrell Excellence in Works by Hand Award and in 2020, the Callanan Excellence in Teaching Award, both awarded by Center Santa Fe.
In 2026, Frank was interviewed by LensCulture.com detailing his current activist portfolio, and in 2025, profiled in Lenscratch.com Photography Educator, an article detailing his philosophy on education and current solo exhibition. His work has been widely published and exhibited in physical and online forums and is held in corporate and private collections.
