My name is Elsa Boscarello, and I’m a freelance photographer based in Reno, Nevada. I’ve been running a portrait and event photography business for over 8 years, and I recently launched an online print shop to expand my reach and share long-term photography projects.
Outside of work, I have a thing for heights – you can usually find me rock climbing in the Sierras. When I’m not climbing, I’m lounging, listening to podcasts, reading, and spending time with my husband, Todd, and fur-baby, Owen (named after the Owens River Gorge).
I am a Mexican-American, born to parents who immigrated to the United States when they were young adults. I was born in Santa Ana, but my family moved to Lake Tahoe shortly after, and I’ve been splitting my time between there and Reno ever since.
I’m constantly seeking new ways to explore the world and the people in it. Lately, I’ve been focused on delving deeper into different cultures, arts, and the human experience. With the time and flexibility to focus on personal projects, I’m excited to see where this exploration will take me both personally and professionally.
