Raul Touzon is a travel, documentary, and natural history photographer who specializes in making images that convey what he refers as to  “the eternity of the moment.” He has traveled extensively, from latitude 82°N to 82°S, documenting the seldom-visited corners of the planet. Raul has built a collection of dramatic photographs that have been featured in many publications, including TIME, U.S. News, The New York Times, National Geographic Books, and National Geographic magazine.

For almost twenty-five years, Raul has been a full-time educator and expedition leader, producing and leading his own workshops and photography expeditions around the world. National Geographic Creative, Getty Images, and Corbis represent his images. Raul’s list of clients includes the U.S. National Park Service, Apple Inc., and the United Nations for whom he documented their operations in Sudan.
