Linda Plaisted is an American multidisciplinary artist whose practice includes photography, collage, painting, and mixed media. Her work has been exhibited throughout the United States and internationally, and featured in publications including Lenscratch, Shots Magazine, Black and White Photography Magazine UK, Artdoc Magazine, and Phototrouvée Magazine.

She is a 2025 Klompching FRESH Finalist, 2025 Rhonda Wilson Award Finalist, 2025 Photolucida Critical Mass Top 50 artist, and recipient of the 2024 LA Photo Curator Award for Best Series and the Julia Margaret Cameron Award for Women Photographers.

Approaching her work as both artist and cultural historian, Linda creates layered, visionary imagery that explores themes of women, nature, memory, and healing. Combining original photography, painting, found imagery, and collected ephemera, her process becomes a therapeutic practice rooted in storytelling, transformation, and emotional resonance.
