Dylan McMains has been a professional photographer for over 10 years, born and raised in the land of enchantment. After graduating from high school and spending two years in college pursuing various intense STEM degrees, Dylan realized that the life of a creative and a teacher is what would suit his soul best. 

During the pandemic, he used his free time to explore the landscapes that excited him most, and discovered how fulfilling his passion for photography truly was. Since then, Dylan has been actively pursuing his dream to be a full-time photography instructor, going wherever the wind takes him. 

In 2021, he moved to Seattle, Washington where he was a brand ambassador for Sony’s digital imaging division, and where he got to lead his very first workshop teaching Milky Way astrophotography at the stunning Mount Rainier. Dylan moved back to his hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico at the end of 2022, where he currently resides and continues to follow his passion.
