David Middleton is a professional outdoor photographer and writer and naturalist. During his 30-year career, he has traveled throughout the United States, Canada, Central and South America, East Africa, and Australia. A contributing editor of Outdoor Photographer, David’s photography and writing have been featured in many magazines, books and calendars. His 12 books include Ancient Forests, The Nature of America, The Lobstering Life, Quite a Sightly Place, and The Nature of Vermont.
A Nikon “Legend Behind the Lens,” David is a gifted and enthusiastic teacher who leads photography tours and teaches photography workshops across the country.
