Mark Hanauer has been creating portraits and unique images for the fine art, advertising, entertainment, and editorial industries since the late 1970s. He began his professional career as chief photographer for A&M Records in Los Angeles. Since then he has photographed for Rolling Stone Magazine, The New York Times, Esquire, GQ, Nike, Microsoft, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and The Eli and Edyth Broad Foundations, among other clients. Mark has taught photography at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena and at UCLA. He has shown his work at the Deutch Guggenheim Museum in Berlin, the Huntington Botanical Gardens in Pasadena, and various galleries.
