Josephine Sacabo is an award-winning photographer whose work has been shown in solo exhibitions worldwide and can be found at institutions including the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Museum of Modern Art, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Smithsonian Institution, and the Bibliothèque Nationale in Paris. Her highly subjective, introspective images—often inspired by literary texts—hover between reality and dream. Among her seven published books are Une Femme Habitée, Pedro Páramo, and The Duino Elegies.
