Photography transforms us, body and soul. Few cameras have changed photography as much as the Apple iPhone. By liberating photographers from the tyranny of the overstuffed camera bag and the slavish allegiance to technical solutions, the iPhone spurs journeys of pure discovery. This joy of unencumbered creativity is also a great match for travel and exploration—in fact, Jim Richardson has photographed entire National Geographic expeditions using an iPhone.
With his guidance, we explore the ever-expanding world of tools that make iPhone photography so innovative and so much fun. Jim shares technical tips, tackling the broad range of skills that result in great travel photographs, whether they're landscapes, details, portraits, panoramas, or night images. We also delve into the rich variety of apps that help you create designer-worthy graphic displays of your pictures for sharing online or in print. Workshop sessions include time for instruction and personal attention, while assignments in between provide an opportunity to put your new skills to work.
Everybody is anxious to get back to relishing our world, exploring its beauty, and capturing its wonders. But until that happens, we've all got the chance to discover fresh ways of seeing as we master the marvelous little piece of technology that we carry in our pockets.

While we do our best to minimize the impact of these variables, they are outside the control of Santa Fe Workshops.
