Emily Shur's diverse portfolio combines vibrant color and personality with strong conceptual storytelling. Whether creating portraits of well-known celebrities and athletes, quiet landscapes, or fashion spreads for top designers, Emily celebrates uniqueness and individuality. Her client list includes HBO, Amazon, Dodge, KFC, Samsung, Nike, Toyota, and American Express, as well as publications ranging from The Hollywood Reporter to The New York Times Magazine. Playground, her self-published collection, explores Japanese landscapes.
Emily won the Art Director’s Club 2005 Young Guns global competition and was selected for seven American Photography editions. Her work has been exhibited in Los Angeles, New York, London, and San Francisco. This is her second year teaching at The Workshops. Her website is www.emilyshur.com.
