On campus accommodations

The Workshops offers on-campus housing at specific times throughout the year. Rooms are simple but comfortable and are adjacent to the Workshops center. Bed linens and towels are provided for the week. There are no phones, phone jacks, TVs, or air conditioning in these rooms. Wireless internet is available in the rooms and an Internet lounge with wired access is located on campus.

Smoking and alcohol are prohibited in the on-campus accommodations. Please note that the majority of our rooms are located on the second level with stair access only. If you have mobility issues, please call to discuss housing options.

The Workshops accommodations are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call to check availability before finalizing plans.

Participants may choose from a selection of on-campus housing during the following date ranges:

SUMMER: June 20 - August 7, 2010
Sunday through Friday nights	Double Occupancy $300 per week, per person with access to communal bath $370 per week, per person for private bath Single Rooms $440 per week with access to communal bath $535 per week for a private bath and twin size bed $600 per week for a private bath and a queen-size bed Check-In Starts at 2pm on Sunday Check-Out Before start of class on Saturday Saturday night stays are prorated only for those staying consecutive weeks.
FALL: September 22 - October 16, 2010
FOUR DAY WORKSHOPS   Tuesday through Saturday nights	Double Occupancy $250 for five nights, per person with access to communal bath $325 for five nights, per person with a private bath Single Rooms $375 for five nights with access to communal bath $450 for five nights with a private bath and twin size bed $500 for five nights with a private bath and a queen-size bed Check-In 2-6pm on Tuesday Check-Out By 10am on Sunday Special considerations can be made for late arrivals and those taking back-to-back workshops.
INTENSIVES   Saturday through Monday nights	Double Occupancy $150 for three nights, per person with access to communal bath $195 for three nights, per person with a private bath Single Rooms $225 for three nights with access to communal bath $270 for three nights with a private bath and twin size bed $300 for three nights with a private bath and a queen-size bed Check-In 2-6pm on Saturday Check-Out Before start of class on Tuesday Special considerations can be made for late arrivals and those taking back-to-back workshops.

Off Campus

We recommend the Residence Inn by Marriott for off-campus accommodations. Amenities include fully equipped kitchens, living areas with fireplaces, daily complimentary breakfast, and light snacks served Monday through Thursday evenings. You might also consider the Santa Fe Workshops Casita. We rent this guesthouse on a year-round basis to house our instructors when they are teaching in Santa Fe.  When we aren’t using it for instructors we make it available to our workshop participants.  Please contact our office if you are interested in renting our guesthouse for your workshop week or any visit to Santa Fe.  The casita is usually available for the Thanksgiving to New Year’s holidays.

Our casita is located 2 blocks west of the Plaza, making it an ideal location to access all historic and cultural Santa Fe has to offer.  It’s a large space (1150 sq. feet) with one bedroom (queen bed), a full bath, a well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, and a large living/dining room with kiva fireplace.  A walled-in patio is a wonderful private spot for relaxing or entertaining during the summer and fall seasons.  The guesthouse also has a washer and dryer, TV, and wireless Internet.  An off-street parking space right next to the unit offers easy access and security.
